Expand the New User card and add your new user's details, double-checking that you have the correct email address.
Click Add New to add the new user. The new user will automatically be sent a welcome email with a link to set their password, register 2-factor authentication and log in.
Resetting Passwords and 2-Factor Authentication
If a user forgots their password or loses access to their 2-Factor Authentication details, an Admin may reset these on the Users page.
First, verify the identity of the person requesting the reset. Ensure that the request is coming from a legitimate user in your organization, and not someone impersonating them.
Then click the Reset Password or Reset TOTP button as appropriate. The user will be emailed the relevant information to proceed.
